Transparency, credibility, and security
At SweMaint, we are committed to following our guidelines, principles, and applicable laws. An important part of this commitment is identifying and acting promptly on signs of potential misconduct within the company. We hope that it always feels natural to speak directly with us if you observe something that should not be happening. Sometimes, however, the matter may be so sensitive that anonymity is required.
We therefore offer, together with the system provider Lantero, a privacy-protected whistleblowing channel. The channel is primarily intended to report serious breaches of laws and the Code of Conduct. All reports will be reviewed, but if they are assessed as falling outside the scope of the system’s purpose, they will not be handled according to the system’s procedures.
To submit a report, go to www.lantero.report/se/swemaint and complete the form with the relevant information about the matter. An external and independent lawyer will then investigate the case. Feedback, including a proposed course of action or further handling, will then be provided to Paul Søndergaard, HR Manager, in the management team.

- Use a computer outside SweMaint’s network when submitting a report — web traffic from the workplace may be traceable.
